What does an Emergency Center NOT take care of
An emergency center does not provide assistance for the following events, among others:
- Transferring money if everything is stolen
- Inform the bank in case of card theft
- Send items to you
- Handling & reimbursing smaller claims
In cases of political unrest, war or an epidemic/pandemic, an emergency center is not always able to arrange an evacuation. Such cases (molest) are also often not covered. An embassy or consulate is then the party that arranges assistance.
